Ha! I gave up and went to sleep after the 12th inning. Good call, in hindsight.

              Precisely.

I don't necessarily hate the Blue Jay's. I don't like Springer, but meh otherwise. I loved them when they were playing the Yankees. But I'm disappointed the Mariners lost and to Springer making the clutch hit. So I hate them THIS SERIES.

I went to bed after the 14th inning, watched the 15th inning in bed and then fell asleep. I love playoff baseball and some of those extra innings were exciting but it dragged on way too long.

I LOVE that the ‘cheater’ chant will follow Springer, Altuve, etc. as long as they play. What’s insane to me is that they are really great players. I mean Springer almost single-handedly got the Jays into the WS. But he and others just couldn’t break the winning at all costs mentality.

And I really wanted the mariners to win also. That WS would have been a great David v Goliath story. Now we’re just watching Goliath and Goliath junior.

I don’t know. Dodgers have already won one in Toronto. And Yamamoto is pitching game 6, the Jays couldn’t touch him last time he pitched. Anything can happen in a game 7.

With the way the Dodgers are hitting? I guess anything is possible.. But they are head cases right now.

                            • Yesavage's brilliant game aside, the Dodgers have no-one to blame but themselves. Even giving up those 2 early runs Snell didn't have a terrible game. But once he was replaced the Jays scored twice on bad pitches. I don't think errors like that happen again. But if the LA bats do not wake up soon the series may be done in 6.

That misjudged fly ball to shallow left that Teoscar couldn't get to despite sliding ended up being a big deal.
