Is there any doubt that Bell probably knows the system better than CJ at this point? Or at least will execute it better?

I think they played him quite a bit at PG. So I think the minutes were high to try to get him as much experience there as possible to see how it is going to work out.

And last night, McMillan said Matthews played some 4. Writers in Portland have said the coaches love Matthews. I guess that'd have to be true with them playing him at 4 different positions in his first 2 games with the team.
