Yep. Make the playoffs (which you know, gives up the pick to Minnesota) while getting the GS pick if it still plays out correctly. But the 8th pick must be awful.

How about a Kawhi Leonard? Or a Paul nuGeorge? or a Karl Malone? Plenty of potentially great players at around 13. But Im sure losing 4 more games will help the jazz a ton next year.

Some highlight reel blocks tonight from Evans, Al, and Favors. It came against the below the rim 2nd team but still some ridiculous swats. Evans rolled his ankle badly on another block attempt unfortunately. They might be down to 9 players for their next game.

Even worse is that Golden St has completely shut down. They are in full draft pick protection mode and have been for weeks. I still think this trade exception will give them the necessary flexibility to make a move I just hope it means an upgrade at the 1 or 2.

Seriously, the guy has foresight to sit players and knows his team still has a chance to win, calls timeouts that effectively stop any real run from even starting, and as you pointed out, he never stops teaching. The game is effectively over with :25 to go and he's up yelling to get the ball up court. He knows what he is doing.
