The Jazz have missed so many wide-open jumpers tonight it is uncanny. I am seriously glad I didn't splurge on the league pass this year. 169 bucks well-saved.

I was watching the Laker feed and the announcers were giving the Laker D way too much credit. That was just flat out one of the worst shooting displays I have ever seen. Plenty of open looks, but damn, they couldn't get a single thing to go down.

One should have been a foul on Memo (as in, against the Lakers).

Now this is where the scheduling sucks. Lakers on the road is a loss 9.5 times out of 10, so it would have been nice to play this game after the Orlando home game. Now, an otherwise winnable game becomes a near certain loss since it's on the second night of a b2b and Orlando has tonight off.

The Jazz have had some epically bad 4th quarters this year. Even in games they've won, for some reason they've just really played poorly in the 4th.

I think Sloan should try some type of new rotation with Deron. He seems to bring him back late in the 4th, and the offense really seems to struggle getting its rhythm back. Not sure what Sloan could do; maybe sit him longer early in the game so he can play all 12 minutes in the 4th? I don't know, but I think it's worth tinkering with.

Yep. Wide open looks, no one could hit anything in the second half.

This game pisses me off because the Jazz were playing great, the Lakers looked beatable, and then Utah folded.
