My wife got to go down and watch- her younger sister's daughter is ISU's #2 and was blown away by how easy Jane makes it look.
Are you saying every BYU runner or every runner in the field?

That is why I made the edit.

She wins next week. The only question is will the second-place finisher be visible in the video of her crossing the line. I say no.

She is not even close to emptying the tank. Like BP said, she wins easily next week. The whole team was cruising at altitude this week in prep for next week. There was never any doubt that they would advance and its all about the national championship that they are chasing.

Looking further, she ran her regional in the thin mountain air in SLC and next week will be where she set the course record earlier this year.

Jane wins the NCAA regionals by 42 seconds. 2nd place runner took 2nd in the NCAA finals last year. Jane has to be the favorite to win it all next week.

Unfortunately, BYU took 2nd to New Mexico by 2 pts. Need to clean that up.

The first time I saw her run was at the BYU HS Meet in 2024. At the time I thought she looked more like an OH on the volleyball team instead of a distance runner. She is looking more like a distance runner now. You can cheer for her anyway....USA! USA! USA!

She likes volleyball. Could you find it in your cold, dead heart to cheer for her now?
