        If those was for a crime or something related to the law, wouldn't we already have an arrest report? Serious legal issue is the only thing I can possibly think of that would justify kicking out Davies at this point in the season. Is he expelled from school? To my knowledge, the university has never kicked someone off an athletic team that was still allowed in school. Only the athletic office does that.

          I've never had any interaction with the HC office, and never heard anything other than vague message board posts about how it works. I'm totally ignorant about it, but...

          How does kicking the kid off the team and out of school help him come unto Christ? How does it make BYU (and by extension the Church) look good? Who benefits here? I just don't get it.

              I'm so sorry.

              I don't konw what good the HC does. I hope he speaks out, tells his story. Maybe something good will come of this. BYU is really bad.
