I think the bottom line here is that there was no home run hire to be had. There was no hire who wanted to come to Utah that was going to blow anyone away. That is just where we are right now. Kryst may end up being great, we'll just have to see.
I wish there was some decent place to talk Utah sports.Comment

I remember there was this time about 2-3 weeks ago when some Ute Fans were talking about how the anxiously anticipated announcement of a new coaching hire could be timed to trump BYU's playing in the NCAA tournament. Kind of quaint, really.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
