Interesting. I was sitting there in awe of his offensive talent. I don't think I noticed a thing he did defensively.Originally posted by Hot Lunch View PostAnother thing that not many people talk about with Frank is how good of a defender he is as well. Last year in the state tourney he shut down the Wade kid that is going to Gonzaga. Frank is the real deal. Very special talent. He is also young for his age.I'm like LeBron James.

Your heathen prayers won't help. I'd love to have Frank. But when was the last time you've heard of a kid who decommits only to sign with them in the end? I am sure he's off to Duke and I won't shed a tear if he tears his ACL like Jabari.Originally posted by Blueintheface View Post

Is Jesse Wade LDS? I'm really intrigued of all the Utah HS players of recent years, this is the one Gonzaga comes in to swoop away. He didn't seem to get much attention from local schools, and Gonzaga offered him really early. I hope he succeeds, because if he does, it's hope for the other short, slow white guys. I love his game, though. You don't see much better at the high school level when it comes to shooting and handles.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostGonzaga commit Jesse Wade scored 44 last night for Davis against a team from California.

If he goes to Gonzaga I hope he has a terrible college career.Originally posted by jay santos View PostIs Jesse Wade LDS? He actually reminds me quite a bit of Kevin Pangos. Not sure if he's LDS.Originally posted by jay santos View PostIs Jesse Wade LDS? I actually wasn't all that impressed with him when I saw him last year, but he's started this season on fire.I'm like LeBron James.

Gonzaga's coach must be great at spotting potential talent. He seems to have good quality players, but I doubt he gets many of them in head to head against the big time schools. I don't follow them closely, so I could be wrong about winning in the head to head recruiting wars.Originally posted by jay santos View PostIs Jesse Wade LDS? His grandfather is a legend in eastern Idaho. He was the coach of the Teton High team with Gary Furniss that set a Idaho high school record for wins in a row. Madison was the top team in the state my sophmore year and we went up to Driggs and got smoked by this little 3A school. The Wade family is very much LDS.Originally posted by jay santos View PostIs Jesse Wade LDS? You guys act like Gonzaga grabs under the radar guys and Few turns them in to superstars....Originally posted by byu71 View PostGonzaga's coach must be great at spotting potential talent. Pangos was a 4 star with a 92 grade on ESPN. If he had not played his high school ball in Canada he was a top 25 recruit.
Gary Bell was also a 4 star with a 94 grade on ESPN. Again a top flight commit.
Josh Perkins another 4 star.
Sabonis was a known commodity throughout Europe he would have been a top 10 player if he played high school in the US.
Kyle Wiltjer is a 5 star transfer from Kentucky and is the teams leading scorer
Byron Wesley is a 4 star senior transfer from USC and is the teams 2nd leading scorer
Few has done it with castoffs, Canadians and Euros. But they are all highly rated kids. He is not winning with 2 star recruits nor does he struggle getting big time kids to go to Spokane.*Banned*
