The clock starting prematurely on that inbound didn't help, but got to at least get a shot up in that situation. Best case scenario, the ball goes through the hoop. Also possible that they foul on the shot, giving them a chance to win it at the line.

So why didn’t Catchings play in OT or late in the 4th Q? Our offense stagnated and ended up with poor options late in shot clocks. If one guy can get his own shot, it’s Catchings and he literally didn’t miss tonight.
