There is one known dez nat guy in the legislature. That group should spend more time reading the sermon on the mount, and less time "trolling" woke people and gays.

I'm not an active member of the LDS church, I think they should deal with this dez nat shit. It's not going away and it's a problem. Some of it is downright anti-doctrinal or anti-Christian.

I hate Mike Lee with a passion, but let's talk about some of those points he raised. I missed the Harris speech last night and tuned in just as she finished and the folks at CNN were adding their commentary. They were absolutely gushing over what an incredible speech it was. I kid you not, one of them said it was as good or better than the Obama 2008 speech and maybe the best speech in US political history. I quickly went over to youtube and watched it and quickly realized the guy was being ridiculous. Embarrassingly so.

And maybe my biggest discomfort with the DNC and the democratic party in general is how they talk about abortion. Zero respect or consideration for the pro-life argument, which has a hell of lot firmer ethical foundation than pro-choice. Not even a nod. In some cases, they almost seem to glorify abortion. Nothing symbolized that more than having an RV parked outside your convention passing out free abortion pills and giving free vasectomies. What an incredibly dumb idea and what a stupid message to send. They act like a bunch of ghouls sometimes.

I thought the Planned Parenthood RV was a great idea... it is a terrible thing to bring yet another democrat into this world.

The Dems are falling all over themselves for really a non-issue. States are in control of the abortion issue. The Dems should just start a program with free bus passes for those that want late term abortions and can't afford a ticket. It would most likely cost less than all the legal fees and energy they are spending on the issue now.

That article is right on the money. The democratic argument has gone from "safe, legal, and rare" to an unabashed celebration of abortion. It is sickening.

The democrats messaging about abortion is out of control. In fact, I hate the entirety of the debate on abortion. It gets bogged down in semantics, distractions, allegations of baby murderers, allegations of hating women, etc.

It is annoying because the real debate is how do we balance interests here. How do we balance the rights/interests of the unborn with the rights/interests of the woman carrying the unborn? Develop a policy based on balancing of these competing interests. It is that simple.

To me, the moderate position of abortion access sometime in the 16-20 week range without restriction. After 16-20 weeks, you restrict access to the abortion with limited exceptions.

Except that crazy states like Texas are trying to prevent that by imposing criminal penalties and ability to pursue civil suits for damages against a woman who does that.
