Masks are already required in Salt Lake and Summit counties - so that covers 38% of the population of the state.

Yes to masks. Whatever it takes to avoid shutdowns, which are super destructive and deadly, and don’t work; they just delay the inevitable.

Today on NPR I heard that leftist doctor from the university of California at San Francisco who gives all the Covid interviews say that California is blowing up after the state government did everything right, because of millions of individual bad decisions. And California will get out of this or not based on millions of good or bad individual decisions. Spoken like a true libertarian! This view arises because of the utter failure of collectivism in all its forms, whether lockdowns, communism, socialism, or Scientology.

      Save yourself! Nobody else can.

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

On this second chart it seems to show we are simply doing more testing. The percentage of the test results coming back positive (in yellow) is still declining. The slight uptick in hospitalizations (in green) is not a good sign, however. The death rate may follow.

Ted, you don't get it. Only positive tests from Texas, Florida, and Georgia count. The media is not reporting death rates and California, as apparently these are not newsworthy.

If the media reported this pandemic as measured by death rate then it would be over. Cases shouldn't matter ... only deaths. But people love the panic porn so the false narrative continues.

Yes, the millennials in Texas are trying to sacrifice the grandparents! It is all these 20-39 year olds that are getting sick and bringing it home to their parents basements. The Lt governor may get his wish.
