I guess Flynn’s lawyers and Trump’s lawyers aren’t working together anymore, and it’s speculated that Flynn might be cooperating with Mueller.

EXCLUSIVE: WHAT TRUMP REALLY TOLD KISLYAK AFTER COMEY WAS CANNED
And what about America’s vital intelligence relationships with its allies? Former C.I.A. deputy director Michael Morell publicly worried, “Third countries who provide the United States with intelligence information will now have pause.”
In Israel, though, the mood is more than merely wary. “Mr. Netanyahu’s intelligence chiefs . . . are up in arms,” a prominent Israeli journalist insisted in The New York Times. In recent interviews with Israeli intelligence sources the frequently used operative verb was “whiten”—as in “certain units from now on will whiten their reports before passing them on to agencies in America.”
What further exacerbates Israel’s concerns—“keeps me up at night” was how a government spymaster put it—is that if Trump is handing over Israel’s secrets to the Russians, then he just might as well be delivering them to Iran, Russia’s current regional ally. And it is an expansionist Iran, one Israeli after another was determined to point out in the course of discussions, that is arming Hez*bol*lah with sophisticated rockets and weaponry while at the same time becoming an increasingly visible economic and military presence in Syria.
“Trump betrayed us,” said a senior Israeli military official bluntly, his voice stern with reproach. “And if we can’t trust him, then we’re going to have to do what is necessary on our own if our back is up against the wall with Iran.” Yet while appalled governments are now forced to rethink their tactics in future dealings with a wayward president, there is also the dismaying possibility that a more tangible, and more lethal, consequence has already occurred. “The Russians will undoubtedly try to figure out the source or the method of this information to make sure that it is not also collecting on their activities in Syria—and in trying to do that they could well disrupt the source,” said Michael Morell.
What, then, was the fate of Israel’s agent in Syria? Was the operative exfiltrated to safety? Has he gone to ground in enemy territory? Or was he hunted down and killed? One former Mossad officer with knowledge of the operation and its aftermath will not say. Except to add pointedly, “Whatever happened to him, it’s a hell of price to pay for a president’s mistake.”Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

It seems like everyday things come out that tie Kushner to Russian interests of some sort that he failed to disclose.
https://forward.com/fast-forward/387...idnt-disclose/The latest comes from a massive document dump of off-shore bank accounts, provided by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists. The so-called “Paradise Papers” offer a trove of information about accounts used by international billionaires to stash their earnings with minimal oversight. They also provide some new information regarding Jared Kushner’s business ties with Russian investors.
The papers reveal that a Russian state bank and state oil company poured billions into financial projects set up by Yuri Milner, a Silicon Valley venture capitalist. Milner participated in several Kushner family real estate projects and helped fund Cadre, a healthcare startup that Kushner co-owned (which he initially did not include on his official financial disclosure form).
In simpler terms, Russian money, controlled by the Putin government, made its way, through Milner, to Kushner companies and projects.
These new revelations add to the growing list of Russian ties Kushner maintained before entering politics, some of which he maintained during the presidential campaign.
Also the commerce secretary has ties with Putin's daughter.
http://www.newsweek.com/trump-russia...usiness-724417President Donald Trump's Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross is doing business with Russian President Vladimir Putin's son-in-law, a bombshell new report revealed Tuesday.
A large leak of financial documents called the Paradise Papers revealed several weeks ago that Russian billionaire Kirill Shamanov, the son of a close friend of Putin, does business with Ross — but until Tuesday, the exact connection between Shamanov and Putin was unclear.
Katerina Tikhonova – a wealthy dancer married to Shamanov – has finally been confirmed to be the daughter of Putin, Reuters reported.

And now we have a guilty plea from Mike Flynn this morning for lying to the FBI. There are other things we already know Mueller has on him that would be slam dunks, such as failing to register as a foreign agent and lying on his application for a security clearance. So it's interesting this is the only thing they're ringing him up on right now. Translation: he's cooperating to bring down the bigger fish. Not a good development for Trump. My fear is Trump is going to get crazier and crazier as he feels more and more boxed in.
Oh, and Fox News is actually reporting on this, which is sweet. I guess they learned from the backlash last time of trying to ignore the news of the indictments to Manafort and the others.Last edited by BlueK; 12-01-2017, 07:57 AM.

Just catching up here... So Flynn pleaded guilty to a base level 4 offense of lying to the FBI and likely faces only 0 to 6 months imprisonment and maybe a fine of $500 bucks? Being a first timer he will most likely get nothing.Originally posted by BlueK View PostAnd now we have a guilty plea from Mike Flynn this morning for lying to the FBI. BTW, when Flynn lied on his security clearance application was that when the democrat was working for Obama for about two years back in 2012 or the 24 days he was working for Drumpf? Didn't he need the highest security clearance then?

Does it? When he's pleading guilty to a small charge (especially when he was accused of lying about his dealings w Turkey while a diplomat), what does that mean in the context of a larger investigation?Originally posted by Uncle Ted View PostJust catching up here... I don't think he working as a diplomat for the 24 days he was working for Drumpf... that was when he was working for Obama. Tell me more about this larger investigation he is tied to.Originally posted by Commando View PostDoes it? Ted’s game is in the gutter poster inforwars bullshit from Paul Watson. Also, leaving out the fact that Flynn lied about a lot more than this conviction indicates, and blaming Obama.
R
Why the fuck would anyone care if he was a democrat at some point? Is he supposed to be immune from criticism from liberals? He was working as an unregistered foreign agent during his tenure with Trump. Before his appointment he was trying to dictate and negotiate foreign policy. Ted I think you’re one of the nicer people on this board, but I really hope you don’t believe the shit you post, and if you do it’s not accurate to declare you’re a proud libertarian.

Why does it matter? String him up for both times for all I care. He almost got us into a needless war with Iran during his first week on the job.Originally posted by Uncle Ted View PostJust catching up here...
