Yep, it’s an over simplification, which is why it belongs in the arguments in this thread.

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. That's interesting. I wonder if they are more likely to commit acts of violence.

Some of the loudest voices and most aggressive voices on the right have had privilege for sure.

When I've interacted with some genuinely far people, a lot of those people (I'm not sure if it's majority of them) also come from privilege.

Intelligent and educated people are more prone to doing things like joining cults.

I think a lot of Capitol insurgents were uneducated but a lot of their leaders were educated and intelligent like Stewart Rhodes.

I've also read that the right wing extremists are more settled under this administration because they think they are having a lot of their goals achieved.

          • Trump's talking about withdrawing some troops from Germany. He's puppeteered by Putin.

They would literally be defying a court order if they continued with the primaries with districts as currently drawn.

                            That's a dictator/fashy post if there's ever been one.

Mea culpa. I usually try to track back the sources of pretty much everything I comment on, but I was tired and didn't want to try and wade through the sewers of Twitter or Truth Social.

I looked to you for veracity! A lot of egg on my face for thinking Trump would ever tweet something that stupid or tyrannical.
