I assume Patel will be the fourth Trump cabinet official to either be fired or resign in disgrace, although he's still trying to curry favor with his boss by saying a couple of days ago that he has lots of evidence proving 2020 election fraud and charges will be brought very soon (can't wait!). But RFK Jr, Hegseth, and Gabbard are still in the running. Any others on deck?

Let's hope. We are so overwhelmed with scandal that RFK doesn't get enough attention. But the uptick in measles is a canary in coal mine in term of public health.
