We are in a fortunate position that we can wait a few months for ours to be sold. But now with all this, I'm not sure if the local housing market will improve anytime soon. We are getting close to the point of dropping the price just to get it sold."...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

Of course Trump listens to Laura Loomer on government matters. Here she is advising on hiring policy in the White House (!), yesterday (!!):

Is Loomer advising Trump on tariffs? Because that actually might make some sense."...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

And that's paired with supreme but wholly unjustified self-confidence. I long for the good old days of 2017 when he at least had a number of people in his administration would usually put the brakes on his stupid ideas. They've been replaced with sycophants who are either equally stupid or who have backed off their earlier, correct assessments of Trump because it will help advance their own careers (read what people like Musk, Vance, Rubio and others said of Trump before they sold their souls in favor of self-advancement).Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostWe have the dumbest president in history.

We have definitely take the L at this point. How long do we have to chill?
I hope those who are tired of chilling and L’ing are in their congressperson’s ears demanding they at the legislative branch take back some of their powers. For those of us in Utah, 2 or 3 of them might start to listen if there is a large enough demand from their constituents.

Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

It’s apparently not the bottom if you look at the futures market this morning. China is fighting back and they can probably do this longer as they don’t really have elections.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostIs this the bottom? Please tell me this is the bottom.

I am lucky in some regard as I sold a sizable tranche of stock a couple weeks ago and was hesitant to put it back into the market right away. I got busy and decided I’d deal with it later. It’s still sitting in a money market fund. I just wished have done that to all my investments
