Coincidentally, this will be the name of my next indie band.

If the candidate dies before the election and after official nomination, the national committee of that party can select a new candidate. Problem: the election isn't in the future, it's already begun. Votes may have already been cast for Trump. So, arguably, the time for changing candidates is over. Votes go to the dead guy. If the dead guy becomes President-Elect, that's okay. We have an Amendment for that.

If a president-elect dies before inauguration, the 20th Amendment kicks in, and the Vice-President-Elect becomes President.

That would get complicated because every single state has its own rules. Federal law does apply if it happens to the president-elect. In that case the VP elect would become president.

                • Trump received the experimental antibody cocktail and is spending the next few days at Walter Reed.

I doubt this is a mild case of COVID-19.

Just stop it. They’re not having in flight menages with Hope Hicks as debate prep. Anymore.
Because there won’t be any more debates.

I hate to break it to you Lebowski but the nutjobs will not accept Trump being voted out either without coming up with fresh conspiracy theories (which will probably sound more plausible than the claim that Trump was poisoned). The crazies are going to crazy no matter what happens.

Perhaps, but based on his risk profile and his current occupation, I could also see it being a precautionary move.

I bet it’s a mild case and he’s in a penthouse suite just chilling but getting a bunch of IV therapies.
