Haha. I am going to start giving trigger warnings on these things.

      • Prediction: the MAGAns are not going to react well to Romney painting Trump as a RINO.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Not so fast, young padawan. Fusnik insisted recently that both Romney and Liz Cheney are "covered in the stench of trump". Try to keep up.

              • Doesn't Trump's statement disqualify him from the Presidency as a matter of law? As a condition to taking office, a President-elect is required to swear/affirm that he/she will uphold and defend the Constitution. Trump has called for the elimination (where he meant in whole or in part is neither clear nor relevant). By his own words, he has rendered himself ineligible. Pity.

And the campaign ads write themselves. Can you imagine?

Haha. Mitt calling Trump a RINO. That guy is awesome.

                      Write in Mitt!!!
                      Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Liz actively campaigned for Trumps reelection. She broke when Jim Jordan tried to hug her on J6.

Mitt lobbied to be his SOS and until impeachment didn’t act as a bulwark against Trumps many excesses.

The GOP could have constrained him. In fact Romney could have been the most powerful person in the world for 2 years dictating conservative policy and sound governance from a center right posture.

Instead they chose to use Trumps craziness to give tax cuts to the rich, pack the judiciary and empower Jim Jordan, MGT, Rand Paul and Matt Gaetz.

The GOP, including Mitt, are opportunistic Trumpers with a cleaner veneer.

Mitt sure had a weird way of showing Trump support when he voted to impeach him.

Bro, it's OK to lose a battle every now and then. Keep your eye on the war.

Imagine voting to confirm a SC justice of an impeached president right before an election in record time and pretending you don’t support said president and his policies.

The hero in this story is Jeff Flake.

I'm honestly struggling with the fusnik purity test. Must one oppose every statement, position, action or belief of a terrible human/politician?

I’m not naive, I understand that politicians will make tough decisions and can’t always vote perfectly.

Trump was different. If you sat by and watched him or voted for his initiatives while he was acting like a buffoon I highly discount your ability to make rational decisions.
