Trump's tweet is actually somewhat helpful; it's the best our borderline illiterate president can do. He needs to get ahead of this by telling people the truth, that numbers are going to jump in a big way as testing expands, but to reassure people that we'll turn the corner fairly quickly as long as everyone does their part (shelter-in-place, etc.).
