The article does no such thing. The article offers as facts only that North Korean owned tankers loaded fuel in Russia to sell to China or South Korea but, instead, sailed to North Korea. The timing of these shipments is not made clear, but it appears to have been some months ago. Moreover, the comparison of Trump's criticism of China, who shares a border with NK, who provides the bulk of its trade and currency exchanges, with a couple of tankers form Russia is ludicrous. The article then veers into a series of speculative assertions and conclusions that are largely unrelated to the shipments of fuel and instead focused on the author's obvious predilection to criticize Trump.

This article is nothing except an indictment of what passes for supposed objective journalism. While it claims to be "Analysis" it is really just opinion. Even the headline belongs on an Op-ed page.

Look, I cant stand Trump. And it might turn out he colluded with Russia. But tripe like this article isn't showing it and, honestly, is counterproductive to the persuading people to believe in the claim.

        • Remember the good old days when Communist leaders would go to the UN and spew all types of crazy shit and we'd be like, "Whoa. Nutcases."

Well how do you like us now, China, Cuba, and Russia?
          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

              • I will never understand how streams of consciousness like this fill the stadiums:

“When the NFL ratings are down massively, massively. The NFL ratings are down massively. Now the number one reason happens to be they like watching what’s happening .. .with yours truly. They like what’s happening. Because you know today if you hit too hard: 15 yards! Throw him out of the game! They had that last week.

“I watched for a couple of minutes. Two guys, just really, beautiful tackle. Boom, 15 yards! The referee gets on television, his wife is sitting at home, she’s so proud of him. They’re running the game! They’re ruining the game. That’s what they want to do. They want to hit. They want to hit! It is hurting the game.

                    • My first thought this morning was we have reached peak culture wars. But with this guy as president, I think the peak is a distance yet.

                      • I think we are approaching the point where one can't be a Trump supporter and consider themselves to be a moral person.

Please, Frank. That sounds like some Mormons saying that one cannot be a good Mormon and a Democrat.

My disdain for Trump is endless and eternal. But this is line that should not be crossed. Moral judgement in humans is a complex issue. Good people have their reasons why they support Trump. And they can feel just as strongly as you do in rejecting him.

Don't underestimate Trump's ability to get us to that point.

This is a dumb woke take and downright offensive. I know a lot of moral people that are also Trump supporters.
