The best thing I can offer for Trump today: I rejoice on the rare occasions when he mentions an adversary without a negative modifier (e.g., "the failing," "low-ratings," "little," "crooked," "lyin'," etc.). It's happened a few times, I'm pretty sure.
I also believe that Trump did not knowingly collude with the Russians. And yet he's probably doing more than any one in the world to serve the Russian objective of undermining national and international faith in the U.S., its political system and the media that serve as a vital check on that system.Comment
