OK, I hadn't seen that. I wonder which job gives Giuliani the least amount of room for embarrassment. Whatever it is, I hope he gets it.

No way Romney gets the SOS slot. His foreign policy is diametrically opposed to Trump's idea of what it should be. The Kremlin would balk at the choice, too, given Mitt's prescient ability to spot their bullshit from a mile away, so it's a given that Trump wouldn't do it.

Oh yes. He could run his business so perfectly because it would directly benefit from his policy and political favors he could perform with a swipe of a pen. What's to worry about? He really can't think we're this stupid.... or he can't be this stupid.. can he?

The guy who plugged for his brand while he was a presidential candidate will continue to plug for it while president. Go figure.

I read that piece by the ghost author of The Art of the Deal talking about his personality and it has to be spot-on. It's a forensic match for this level of narcissism and carelessness.

I find all the comments on other sites interesting. A lot of Trump true believers really believe that almost everyone currently out of work or underemployed is suddenly going to have a fantastic job within a couple of months of Trump taking office. Yeah, that's not going to happen. In fact it can and will get ugly really fast if any of his dopey ideas actually come to fruition, like killing trade or throwing out every immigrant or slamming us with a huge tariff. But if all that happens is tinkering with the tax rate and removing some excess regulations, then it might be ok and improve a little, but not enough that every displaced factory worker with a HS education is suddenly going to be making 6 figures with a pension.

We saw the same thing when Obama was elected; free stuff for everyone.
