Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I really hope Canada welcomes in those with temporary legal status from Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, etc that Trump is trying like crazy to kick out. It would be the humane and morally correct thing to do, as well as a way to stick it to Trump.

All hail Dear Leader!
Please don't call this fascism though. Is "fascistic" permissible?
Those seeking a job in the federal government will now have to write an essay in support of President Donald Trump's executive orders, according to a memo from the Office of Personnel Management.

What's funny is this exactly the same kind of stuff Mussolini did. Fascism is a lot less nebulous than woke, and people had no problem bandying that about.Originally posted by BlueK View PostAll hail Dear Leader!

Aha, it seemed too weird to be real. So he is parodying real life reps (ie MTG) that have said they didn't read the bill and regret their votes.Originally posted by chrisrenrut View Post

So hilarious that Trump felt compelled to send out messages to countries reminding them that the 90-day tariff clock is ticking. Better get their trade concessions ready!Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

Baghdad Barbie called them “friendly reminders”. I wonder if they included phrases like “I hope this message finds you well” and “per my last message”Originally posted by myboynoah View PostSo hilarious that Trump felt compelled to send out messages to countries reminding them that the 90-day tariff clock is ticking. I haven't been following this closely. I assume his messages ended with, "Thank you for your attention to this matter"?Originally posted by chrisrenrut View Post

Trump state department appointee was fired from his first job in his first administration because he went to the Unite the Right fascist rally. He is deeply tied to Russia.
He dismantled the department intended to combat Russian propaganda. He is rapidly anti-NATO.
MAGA is clearly under the sway of the Kremlin.
The Russian wife of a senior US State Department official has denied that she or her uncle are “Kremlin-linked”.
Yulia Kirillova married Darren Beattie, an alt-right media personality and supporter of President Trump, in May 2021.
Known for his pro-Kremlin views, Beattie has repeatedly praised President Putin of Russia, criticised pro-western movements in eastern Europe and attacked Nato. “Nato is a much greater threat to American liberty than Putin ever was,” he said. He last year described Britain as “the most utterly repulsive dystopia on earth”.
In February, Beattie was appointed acting undersecretary for public diplomacy — even though he was fired from his role in the first Trump administration for attending a white supremacist rally in 2016.
After returning to government this year, Beattie began dismantling the Counter Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference office, a state department agency known as R/Fimi, “piece by piece”, sources told the Daily Telegraph. R/Fimi was a relatively small agency that countered Russian, Chinese and Iranian propaganda until its $50 million funding was withdrawn by the Trump administration in April.
