WARNING! We do not want all the world's brilliant students coming to the US for university, where they can later be hired by top US companies doing ground-breaking research and development. We especially don't want people to come to the US, see the prosperity and opportunities available in the US, and then going back to their own countries and making positive changes. That would be some seriously messed up shit. ESPECIALLY if those people don't think Israel should have the right to exterminate the Palestinian people! FUCKING ANTI-SEMITES!
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

        Fascism.

What is crazy is all the people cheering this and the loss of federal research grants on. It must be chilling for anyone in the academic community.

          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

            • So many trade deals. So many wins.

              • What is the feedback mechanism that Trump needs to back off these trade deals? These two announcements are essentially political suicide and he will no doubt backtrack. But what caused the last pause with China? There is something he is sensitive to.

                • A documented business school dunce being led by Peter Navarro (or Ron Vara) on trade policy is a recipe for economic disaster.

Honestly, after round 3? 4? of tariff announcements and their rollbacks, would anyone put it past him?

I think he may have been spooked by the prospect of empty store shelves that seemed like a real possibility when activity at all our ports suddenly plummeted.

Such a weak thing to say. Obviously he has never worked in a group office setting. It's the final line on a note from the office manager asking everyone to clean up after themselves and to be sure to cover their food when using the microwave. It's begging to be ignored.
