Justice Scalia found dead in Texas
Snicker at PAC thinking his vote matters in Cali.. Hilary's gonna take the state if she is the Dem's representative.
My question. Bernie or Trump. Who gets your vote?
If that happens I am writing my own name in as a write-in.. dabrockster for President!!!
Yes, I would keep it all in small caps..Last edited by dabrockster; 02-26-2016, 12:28 PM.

Yes, I would use an incomplete ellipsis ..
Also, your moniker is not in small caps.Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss
There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

I heartily endorse this post.Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostI really don't want to engage on this, but I think it's simply wrong to argue that Hillary Clinton is a sociopath in the clinical sense of the word, unless you want to dilute the term's definition to the point that it becomes meaningless. Hillary has many flaws, but ascribing to her a very serious mental disorder is, I think, stupid when better and more accurate arguments are available.
And to ruffle your feathers a bit more, I would absolutely vote for her before I'd vote for Trump. I'd very gladly choose Kasich, Bloomberg or even Rubio ahead of her, but it appears I may not be given such an option.
And why is this discussion in the Scalia thread?"...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

Okay, Mr. Arnold.Originally posted by Northwestcoug View PostI heartily endorse this post."Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."
Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

Please tell me that your biggest complaints about Trump are not that he is a hypocrite - saying that Fox should apologize for cussing when he cusses all the time; and that he lied about how often he goes to church.Originally posted by Commando View PostCareless? I'd say quite calculated. A couple quick examples: he just called out Vicente Fox (for saying "we won't pay for that f*cking wall") demanding an apology saying if he used the F word there would be an uproar. Uhhh he uses the F word all the time at his rallies. Easily searchable. Also: PAC's anecdote about Trump claiming to be a great Christian. GMAFB.
According to Trump himself he tries to go on 'Christmas... Easter.. and ummm definitely on Sundays. Yeah. More of a Sunday Church goer,' letting everybody know who is paying attention that he may have never been to church in his life. Basically he looks into topics and buzzwords that will arouse the far right and runs with it. The whole Wall thing, Christianity, anti-muslim, mexicans are rapists, etc etc etc.
I'm sure when pressed he doesn't really believe these stupid things because as a businessman he must know that a Wall would be a waste of tens of billions of dollars that would stop nobody from coming illegally, and deporting every undocumented Mexican would cost untold fortunes and then tank the economy from the lack of low cost labor as a bonus. But that's the point. It's calculated speech-not careless. Maybe it's politics as usual, which is definitely more forgivable, but it's not worth the risk to elect him just to find out whether he's a sociopath or not.
Honestly - I would take that over the lies that Hillary has told.
Not saying I'd vote for Trump. I'm saying it isn't because I see him as being a hypocrite or dishonest. I'm guessing nearly every candidate could be found to have exhibited those two qualities to the extent that Trump has.

Those were merely two examples of him being calculated and not merely careless in speech as you posited. As for complaints? Gee there are so many: he's a narcissistic, racist, unprincipled, xenophobic con artist with zero experience in government for starters.

His actions over the last 8 years has lead me to believe these things..Originally posted by frank ryan View PostWhy do you think Obama fits that description?
He is arrogant and thinks very highly of himself. He shows outward contempt whenever he is questioned on his actions or decisions. He has outwardly stirred racial tensions to his benefit and he had no executive government experience whatsoever before becoming President..
Just to name a few..
Let me be clear, I will not vote for Trump and hope Kasich wins Ohio and that turns the table in the right direction and Trump's circus ends shortly thereafter..
If not.. Not sure what I will do..
