There are perfectly reasonable arguments for each of those cases being decided as they were, starting with Roe. I’m willing to bet that if there were six liberal justices on the court that you or NWC wouldn’t be advocating for term limits.

I would absolutely advocate for term limits. Ginsburg refusing to retire while at death’s door and Thomas hanging on for 40 plus years just to pwn the libs are two sides of the same coin. Lifetime appointments should have no place in current democracies.

Nothing to see here, just the Court deciding they can wipe out legislation passed by Congress decades ago and upheld multiple times by previous versions of the Court. But nice to know conservatives don't legislate from the bench.
