Russia striking out at Ukraine today displays how desperate they are. And dumb. It's dumb to waste your finite military capabilities against nonstrategic targets. And counterproductive. All they're really doing is solidifying Ukraine's resolve. Plus the West will probably feel compelled to deliver more air defense resources to Ukraine.Comment
