a US District Court Judge. The federal bench is well-trained and conscientious from my experience."Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."
Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

Same-sex marriage coming to Utah
Uh oh. Looks like the Utah Eagle Forum is gathering strength at a local Golden Corral near you. http://m.ksl.com/index/story/sid/28293371
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI told him he was a goddamn Nazi Stormtrooper.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI know, right?!Eagar described how gay marriage has changed schools, business, religion and politics in Massachusetts where it has been legal for 10 years.
"Even the Republican Party in Massachusetts has caved and will no longer oppose same-sex marriage," the former GOP U.S. Senate candidate said, adding that Republicans there now march in gay pride parades.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI had to read that twice. When I first read it, I thought it said that Jensen joined 75 year-old people over the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet at Golden Corral.Jensen joined about 75 people over the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet at Golden Corral to talk about how to make themselves heard in the tumult over same-sex marriage in Utah.
Cherilyn Over Eager is nearing "own thread" status as she continues her brand of nutty grassroots activism.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

No the AG screwed it by not asking for the stay in the original papers. You are blaming the judge for the AG's incompetence. In any event, it adds to the pageantry.Originally posted by Nakoma View PostExcept for he screwed the pooch by not granting a stay to prevent the current chaos."Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."

Judge Shelby ruled against the stay on the merits. The Supreme Court (apparently unanimously) disagreed.Originally posted by Topper View PostNo the AG screwed it by not asking for the stay in the original papers. The Supreme Court giveth, the Supreme Court taketh away. I doubt it was on the merits but more likely the Court wanting to grab the glory for itself.Originally posted by Jacob View PostJudge Shelby ruled against the stay on the merits. <eyeroll> You seem to be mixing your posts from different threads here. Everybody is motivated by greed and glory. Got it. Except for Judge Shelby's refusing the stay, that was the AGs fault.Originally posted by Topper View PostThe Supreme Court giveth, the Supreme Court taketh away. The Supremes, except for speaking engagement money, can't profit from their role much. They can however attain publicity and notoriety. It is a large part how they function, not necessarily how US District Court Judges or even Circuit Judges, but the Supremes, they are a different beast.Originally posted by Jacob View Post<eyeroll> You seem to be mixing your posts from different threads here.
