I don't believe that is correct. The only thing happening is the GOP is coming to its nominated candidate. I don't believe Hillary is doing anything necessarily wrong in terms of campaigning or losing her core voters. Trump is closing the gap by many GOP voters finding no viable alternative.Originally posted by frank ryan View PostTrump's campaign is currently the move effective one.
Trump will lose a closer than expected election because Hillary will have a more effective ground game of getting out the vote. Trump has no effective organization."Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."

And by "everybody" I assume you mean those with a reasonable expectation of having an estate of >$11 Million at death. Sadly, I expect not to be affected by this further act of governmental theft.Originally posted by Topper View PostTrump's bumbling would depress me as well. Hillary's is my worst nightmare.
Everybody better get your ILIT's ready with an increase to 65% in the Estate and Gift Tax. We will be doing lots and lots of ILITs. I guess there is a silver lining.

LOL. The Ruskies bugged the DNC office and hacked their email. They laid this on the lap of the Drumpf and he is most likely still going to lose to crooked Hillary.Originally posted by frank ryan View PostThe DNC thinks they may have been bugged. http://www.motherjones.com/politics/...ve-been-bugged"If there is one thing I am, it's always right." -Ted Nugent.

http://mobile.reuters.com/article/id...source=twitterSan Diego Catholic Diocese denounces parish that called voting Democrat 'mortal sin'
The Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego denounced one of its parishes on Friday after its worshippers were told that voting for Democrats is a "mortal sin" that could lead to an eternity in hell.
The Diocese said the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in the neighborhood of Old Town made the statement in an insert to a weekly leaflet given to churchgoers on Oct. 16, calling abortion, same-sex marriage, euthanasia and other political issues "non-negotiables."
"It is a mortal sin to vote Democrat," the insert read, with the words underlined and bolded. "If your bishop, priest, deacon or other parishioners tell you to do so, you must walk away from them. Your immortal soul and your salvation are at stake."

Nice of you to parrot Donald's insult choices. You really find the idea of people fucking with our democracy is funny? It feels like Trump has the mo, and the tacit blessing of J Edgar Comey. I think he wins.Originally posted by Uncle Ted View PostLOL. The Ruskies bugged the DNC office and hacked their email. There is rumor she wishes to lower the unified credit. If you are a single person, that credit for 2017 is only 5.49 Million (which if one owns a house in Palo Alto doesn't go that far), not that much in today's world. If she lowers it to 3.5 Million that becomes a significant problem. It is also insulting for the confiscation of monies accumulated after a lifetime of paying taxes, you get hit for dying. The amount is ridiculously confiscatory.Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostAnd by "everybody" I assume you mean those with a reasonable expectation of having an estate of >$11 Million at death. If you speak to your friendly estate planner we can help devise plans to make these problems go away. Well maybe not in California."Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."

No doubt most people do. It's not that difficult, but the elegant aspects of it are quite entertaining. Issues of portability, certain elections, basis adjustments and conduit provisions for retirement plans are fun. Dovetailing deferred compensation, buyouts, and carried interests together with liquidation efforts and combining that with CRTs are matters that are child's play for PAC. And maybe he even finds the issues of inside and outside partnership basis simple matters (I do not), but there are many fascinating discussion points in each of the planning tools. If the unified credit is decreased and the Estate and Gift tax is increased, it will change the planning techniques where planners were worrying more about the income tax rates exceeding the estate and gift tax issues. This caused a lot of discussion regarding where to place certain assets during administration. I agree PAC knows this but it is more a point of entertainment for me to know I can make money out of Hillary's disastrous fiscal policies.Originally posted by old_gregg View Postlol. something tells me pac has a working familiarity with basic estate planning."Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."

I find that the dems blame everything on the Russians funny. If the DNC's office was bugged then I believe it was most likely the work of the FBI. Their chair was feeding the debate questions to the clinton campaign in advance. So maybe the FBI got a warrant to bug her office for an election fraud case. Of course, Donna Brazile has denied this and claimed the emails were modified by wikileaks. Well, she forgot that the emails are digitally signed by gmail. Wikileaks pointed this out recently...Originally posted by frank ryan View PostNice of you to parrot Donald's insult choices. You really find the idea of people fucking with our democracy is funny? So it is Donna Brazile that clearly f*cked with democracy. Where is the outrage?"If there is one thing I am, it's always right." -Ted Nugent.
