Not everyone. My boys know I am not voting for Trump and they think I have reached the age where I no longer care about where this country is headed.

Sadly I don't have any liberal friends. I did have one, but he died a couple of years ago. At least he got to fade into the sunset having a liberal President.

My only liberal friends are anonymous on this board and I hope they too consider me a friend. Check that, I do know PAC personally as well as on this board so I do have one liberal friend that is not anonymous. Also Frank and I once had lunch together. We need to do that again. Good person to sit and chat with.

You need to come down from your perch and have more real-life contact with the unwashed masses. I come in contact with a lot of union construction workers and railroad employees. A lot of them have bought what Trump is selling (whatever that is).

I am surrounded by liberal, statist friends and am married to one. I am but a voice in the wilderness, and probably ineffective at that. If PAC is one of your most liberal friends, you truly reside among ultra-conservatives. Some of my good friends are campaigning for guaranteed minimum income, total wealth redistribution through a 100% inheritance tax, and many more horrible nightmarish objectives. It is often a Friday the 13th over and over again.

Has there been a more disorganized and ridiculous campaign in the history of modern politics? I guess the campaign reflects the man.

I hate both of these candidates so much. I'm down to this: Best case scenario is Hillary gets elected and then indicted on bribery charges stemming from the Clinton foundation early next year and is forced to resign. Second best scenario, Clinton is elected and then is pardoned by Obama or better yet she pardons herself. The political fallout would cripple her for the length of her one term. I would like the republicans (as lame as they are) to keep the congress in either scenario.

I agree with your sentiments except I would consider a tie going to the House that elects somebody sensible.

If it must be Hillary, the best case would be for her to be under indictment, impeached and then she resigns given a Nixon resignation speech but Kaine does NOT pardon her so she can wallow in it all.

The GOP regroups and reinvents itself, the Dems are powerless under Kaine the the GOP retakes the White House with the sainted spirit of Reagan.
