If the surge can keep the GOP in the Senate and in the House, then the GOP should be able to stop most of the worst of her designs. I do not want to read about a mandate or landslide. That would suck and we would be f'cked.Originally posted by Shaka View PostIt's already happening to a degree with Trump surging a bit in the polls. Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

And now his wife starts a campaign against cyberbullying, saying social media culture that has gotten "too mean and too tough" and riddled with insults based on "looks and intelligence."
Focus back on The Dump just as he was peaking.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

He's such a moron.Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostClearly HRC's team has decided to focus on Trump's unfitness for office in these final days, hammering on his terrible temperament. But Assange said it wasn't the Ruskies that hacked the email. I guess Newsweek didn't get the memo. He also said Trump isn't going to (be allowed to) win on Tuesday so that is good.Originally posted by frank ryan View PostNewsweek has some interesting articles up: http://www.newsweek.com"If there is one thing I am, it's always right." -Ted Nugent.

Ted, Assange is not a puritanical oracle of truth. Ha, love it. Yesterday the Clinton Foundation is sure of being indicted. Today, Putin fears a Clinton whitehouse. I can't wait to hear what tomorrow brings!!Originally posted by frank ryan View PostNewsweek has some interesting articles up: http://www.newsweek.com

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. By having his wife speak about cyberbullying and being gentler and kinder in society, which is silly given how Trump is the poster boy for the exact opposite of that, Trump just lost the election by making everyone focus on him again at the last minute. It's held pretty consistently during the campaign that when the public and media focus is on Hillary, Trump catches up in the polls. When the attention goes back to Trump he gets buried again.

Yup. This is going to seal the loss for him right when he had almost caught up.Originally posted by myboynoah View PostAnd now his wife starts a campaign against cyberbullying, saying social media culture that has gotten "too mean and too tough" and riddled with insults based on "looks and intelligence."

Has there been a more disorganized and ridiculous campaign in the history of modern politics? I guess the campaign reflects the man.Originally posted by BlueK View PostBy having his wife speak about cyberbullying and being gentler and kinder in society, which is silly given how Trump is the poster boy for the exact opposite of that, Trump just lost the election by making everyone focus on him again at the last minute. I hate both of these candidates so much. I'm down to this: Best case scenario is Hillary gets elected and then indicted on bribery charges stemming from the Clinton foundation early next year and is forced to resign. Second best scenario, Clinton is elected and then is pardoned by Obama or better yet she pardons herself. The political fallout would cripple her for the length of her one term. I would like the republicans (as lame as they are) to keep the congress in either scenario.

Sadly I don't have any liberal friends. I did have one, but he died a couple of years ago. At least he got to fade into the sunset having a liberal President.Originally posted by Shaka View PostIt's already happening to a degree with Trump surging a bit in the polls. My only liberal friends are anonymous on this board and I hope they too consider me a friend. Check that, I do know PAC personally as well as on this board so I do have one liberal friend that is not anonymous. Also Frank and I once had lunch together. We need to do that again. Good person to sit and chat with.
