I hope so. It's definitely going in that direction now at least.

On Chris Hayes' show last night on MSNBC he mentioned that someone did a study of tweets from Trump's account. They found that some came from iphones and some from a single android phone. The ones from the android phone were always the bizarre and angry tweets while the others were more measured, more conventional political stuff. My wife commented that she didn't know what was more disturbing, the fact that Trump is such a nut or that people were actually studying such a thing. My response was that he's running for president of the US and not for something frivolous like a reality tv show, so it's all fair game and should be public knowledge.

I'm not voting for Hillary or Trump, but this well written and hardly something Trump would be able or want to write. I'm amused just thinking how annoying this piece is going to be to a few people. Utah is in play this time -- With a Clinton running, no less. If that isn't evidence of how awful a candidate the Republicans nominated this time, I don't know what is.

FFS, no one is "beating up" on Trump. He is doing it to himself by the things he keeps saying. Yes, Hillary is corrupt, but so is Trump and he represents the worst of America. Can you not see why people might think he would make a worse president than Hillary?

I identify as a libertarian in almost every political viewpoint. Foreign policy is the single most overlooked portion of politics by those in the Libertarian Party. It is by far their weakest link. To small L libertarians, foreign policy involves promoting free trade, ensuring national defense (as in defending our country, not regime change in others), and assisting in the defense of those countries who share our values (again, defense not offense).

Johnson is weak on foreign policy and freedom of religion. He is not a great libertarian candidate but better than any other person in this race.

Did anyone hear Donald Trump say yesterday that Barack Obama is the "founder" of ISIS? Then on MSNBC in a short interview he doubled down and said it again. As his poll numbers come down does he moderate his message? Hell no! Buckle up and enjoy the spectacle. The more he sinks in the polls the crazier he's going to get, including being more direct with his message to his supporters to get violent. That's my prediction anyway. The author of the CNN piece below seems to be thinking along the same lines as me.
