You still ignore the fact that Hillary is an abomination, devoid of character, performance or relevant ideas. Her cronies are incompetent and wrong on all matters of importance. Other than the fact, she has no personality, prevaricates constantly, profits from her position as a public figure and is completely untrustworthy, she is wonderful.

I imagine you disagreed with her foreign relations stance and many of her economic stances. I understand condemning Trump, but failing to condemn his evil step-sister as well perplexes me. (Spare me she is more sophisticated as that only makes her more dangerous). Is it easier to stop an idiot or a cunning adversary?

      • I read an interview with Don Jr. where it sounded like the most important part of his upbringing were the summers he spent in the rural part of the Czech Republic with his grandparents in the woods and around campfires with normal people, away from wealth and the City (with a capital C) and his parents.

Well that right there is not running for President, his father The Dump is.
          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I mentioned it only to illustrate how odd it is to say that Trump did a good job raising his kids. He was an absentee father and a serial philanderer.

              Sounds like Hillary's husband.

I know, and I haven't done the research the rest of you have done on this, but I don't think his kids are lying. They seem very sincere, so I believe them. He played and likely continues to play a role in their lives that they value and from which they say they gained a lot. It looks like he got this one right, and judging from the rest of his public persona, it's quite an anomaly.

I was listening to the radio and someone told the story of Ralph Reed having lunch with Ivanka Trump and afterward, having been so impressed by her, saying, "Maybe I need to take another look at [The Dump]." Huh? How do you get from here to there? It's like this whole Melania speech controversy. It's meaningless because we're so far down the rabbit hole that it just doesn't matter either way.

                Write in Mitt!!!

                • BFD. Chelsea seems like a nice person. Both generations of the Bush family are great. Sasha and Malia Obama seem like really fantastic kids. Know who turned out to have asshole kids? Reagan.

Why do we care about the kids? Chelsea was handed a three quarter's a million a year job by virtue of family connections. It is easy to be nice when you have no worries.

This is part of the celebrityitis that we suffer from, and it started or at least in my consciousness started with "Camelot". Why does the public want a glamorous leader? We should de-mystify leadership, and require them to serve us, not vice versa. Make them afraid of the public, not ruling over us like demi-gods.

I was in total agreement with SU other than the "you idiot" part, but felt it unnecessary to footnote my response accordingly. That said, I confess I enjoy it immensely when SU throws in the occasional ad hominem attack, as I imagine Frasier Crane doing the same thing. I like IPU, but I still laugh when I recall SU referring to him as "you hillbilly." It's all part of the fun here in the clubhouse.

Let's see if the idiot actually believes it. I think he will.

Why are you calling SU an idiot? That is very unkind of you.

It looks like she also co-wrote several books with The Dump.
