Incredible. I deliberately avoided the topic and focused on the actual issue with the Democratic candidate, a complete and utter lack of any personal, academic, professional, or political experience or accomplishment. That you distilled it down to the candidate's gender dysphoria says more about you than it does me.

I don't care for Mike Lee, but just based on ability no one should have voted for Snow.

The Tea Party had them by the short hairs.
The usual before Boehner and McConnell were Reid and Pelosi, so no.

The Chaffetz investigation has taken as long as it has in part because, and this will be a shock, Hillary Clinton has not been forthcoming.

And this "old newsing" thing has been a staple in the Clinton playbook for almost 25 years.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

I don't remember Reid or Pelosi having been as bad as our current crop. The Tea Party has been steroids for partisan posturing a lot of it.
Hillary not being forthcoming doesn't explain these hearings taking longer than Watergate, JFK Assassination or Iran-Contra investigations. Chaffetz should drop his pursuit of the white whale for the good of the country at this point, but he's too small a man to do that.

I did, but mostly for fun. I don't know wtf the democrats were thinking. They would not have unseated Lee, but I would have like to have seen either Matheson run.

                • Signs of the pending DNC implosion...

DNC Staffer Screams At Donna Brazile For Helping Elect Donald Trump

On Thursday, Democratic Party officials held their first staff meeting since Hillary Clinton’s stunning loss to Donald Trump in the presidential race. It didn’t go well.

Donna Brazile, the interim leader of the Democratic National Committee, was giving what one attendee described as “a rip-roaring speech” to about 150 employees, about the need to have hope for wins going forward, when a staffer identified only as Zach stood up with a question.

“Why should we trust you as chair to lead us through this?” he asked, according to two people in the room. “You backed a flawed candidate, and your friend [former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz] plotted through this to support your own gain and yourself.”

Some DNC staffers started to boo and some told him to sit down. Brazile began to answer, but Zach had more to say.

“You are part of the problem,” he continued, blaming Brazile for clearing the path for Trump’s victory by siding with Clinton early on. “You and your friends will die of old age and I’m going to die from climate change. You and your friends let this happen, which is going to cut 40 years off my life expectancy.”
                  [...]
The party is at a crossroads. They have been using the same playbook for decades, and now, they won’t let anyone else come in and change it up,” said one former longtime DNC staffer, who requested anonymity to speak freely. “The fact that Democrats just sat through a devastating defeat and now have to trust the leadership that not only contributed to Clinton’s loss, but the crushing 2014 midterm losses, well, what do they expect?”

Not only did the DNC rig the primary to pick Hillary they "elevated" Trump as a "leader of the pack and told the press to take him seriously". For the other GOP candidates they undermined their message and credibility. See the "Strategy on GOP 2016ers" memo...

Operationalizing the Strategy Pied Piper Candidates There are two ways to approach the strategies mentioned above. The first is to use the field as a whole to inflict damage on itself similar to what happened to Mitt Romney in 2012. The variety of candidates is a positive here, and many of the lesser known can serve as a cudgel to move the more established candidates further to the right. In this scenario, we don’t want to marginalize the more extreme candidates, but make them more “Pied Piper” candidates who actually represent the mainstream of the Republican Party. Pied Piper candidates include, but aren’t limited to:

                  • Ted Cruz
                  • Donald Trump
                  • Ben Carson

We need to be elevating the Pied Piper candidates so that they are leaders of the pack and tell the press to them seriously.

I was thinking that it was the GOP that was being split apart... Now I think it is the Dems. The Libertarian party welcomes you.

I was exchanging with a friend who told me to start putting in emojis because he couldn't read my humor. It was fairly obvious but apparently what is obvious for one is not for another.
