This is an amusing move and countermove, in a reality TV sort of way, but the entire thing just further degrades the meaning and dignity of the process, which is the last thing we need. I think that the US political process is a little bit like its currency; its value is derived from perception and attitude as much or more than anything else. Watching these two lightweights battle it out is demeaning adn pathetic and greatly undermines the process. No matter who emerges victorious, we are all losing this election.PLesa excuse the tpyos.

Gennifer Flowers says she will attend debate as Donald Trump’s guest

Yes, cr33k, pathetic.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Because The Dump is proud of his conquests. They are evidence of his alpha male status. BClinton is likely similarly proud and for the same reason, but he can't show it because his wife would kill him.Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostAs with most of Drumpf's tactics, I don't understand why he brings up the infidelities of his opponent's spouse when the Donald has boasted repeatedly of his own numerous adulteries, and until recently dismissed Bill's peccadilloes as no big deal.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

Agreed, but the part I don't get is that Drumpf obviously thinks he's scoring (!) points by pointing out Bill's reprehensible behavior while apparently thinking his own is laudatory (remember the Dump has said he's never felt the need to seek forgiveness--sheesh). Here's a debate question I'd present to the Dump: "Who do you believe has slept with more beautiful women, you or Bill Clinton?" Too bad Howard Stern isn't the moderator. This election is so embarrassing for 'Merica.Originally posted by myboynoah View PostBecause The Dump is proud of his conquests. They are evidence of his alpha male status. OK, I'm going to go take a shower now.

To be honest, a sitting president having an affair in the White House with an intern seems like a bigger deal than some real estate tycoon having multiple affairsOriginally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostAgreed, but the part I don't get is that Drumpf obviously thinks he's scoring (!) points by pointing out Bill's reprehensible behavior while apparently thinking his own is laudatory (remember the Dump has said he's never felt the need to seek forgiveness--sheesh). But I fully agree that this election cycle is reprehensible and all of America will need a shower come November.

Just as bad is the portion of his supporters who think this was a brilliant example of Trump fighting back and telling it like it is.Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostAgreed, but the part I don't get is that Drumpf obviously thinks he's scoring (!) points by pointing out Bill's reprehensible behavior while apparently thinking his own is laudatory (remember the Dump has said he's never felt the need to seek forgiveness--sheesh). Curiously, her despicable behavior in that regard doesn't seem to be Trump's focus; he rants about Bill's misogyny. A pox on all their houses. It's depressing that of all the possible candidates this nation could have for the Presidency, we're left with these two.Originally posted by creekster View PostI don't want to defend trump but isn't the point not that Hilary is tainted by bill's infidelity but rather by her own deceit and bullying associated with covering up those infidelities ?

I'm really banking on this. At this point I'm all in on the spectacle of it all, so I hope both candidates are at their best/worst.Originally posted by Maximus View PostAt least the debates will entertain. Supposedly, Trump has backed off of inviting Gennifer Flowers.
Of course, Trump could drop a bigger bomb and bring Juanita Broaderick. Reportedly, she said she would go. I wouldn't put it past Trump.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”
