Here's a compelling piece with precedent on why Hillary won't be indicted over her emails. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opini...mepage%2Fstory
The clock is ticking on this. Given the publicly known facts there is no way an indictment comes after a nomination. You can be sure that DOJ higher ups have set a hard deadline at least a month before the convention for a decision.

There was an interesting exchange between Kelly and Schultz last night about the emails... I agree with both of them. The leading republican and democrat candidates both suck and so maybe they will finish off both of the parties.

The Dan Jones poll actually collected data several weeks ago, so it was worthless. These things change too fast for any poll taken more than a week before the election to be of any valueOriginally posted by Color Me Badd Fan View PostClosed. Rubio looks like a loser right now, he won't win.
Dan Jones did a poll in Idaho that was released yesterday and it had Trump beating Cruz by 12 points with Cruz getting 19 points. Cruz is getting 43% and beating Trump by 16 points.
Trump was supposed to in by 20 points in Louisiana and Kentucky and won by 5 points. Mississippi was an open primary and Trump's margin was bigger as a result. Cruz is going to start racking up delegates in closed, winner take all primaries.

Why does DWS sound like she has marbles in her mouth while trying to speak? Also, she said that there is a reason that the democrats have won 5 of the last six presidential campaigns.....what is she talking about? Obama one the last two, Bush the two before that and Clinton the two before that, that is 4 of 6 if you count that way. Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, Cart for 3 of the last 6 if you count that way.Originally posted by Uncle Ted View Post
Seriously DWS is one of the worst political hacks in recent years.

Polls, in general, are not worth a crap these days... I blame the cell phone and caller-id. I personally never answer callers that I don't recognize and let the call go to voicemail. Life is too short to be answering surveys.Originally posted by BlueK View PostThe Dan Jones poll actually collected data several weeks ago, so it was worthless. I work in market research, so I don't automatically bash them. The main issue here is the misinterpretation by citing polls that are too old to accurately reflect the current situation. Each state tends to affect the ones that vote later, so a poll that can't reflect those changes because they're too old is likely to be off, which is why the Dan Jones poll in Idaho was no longer accurate as of last night.Originally posted by Uncle Ted View PostPolls, in general, are not worth a crap these days... the other point you mention is interesting though because if they do use telephone it may possibly undercount those who are not home and may actually overcount Trump people if in fact those folks are more likely to be unemployed.Last edited by BlueK; 03-09-2016, 07:13 AM.

Yes, even progressives will most likely be calling for her head given the super delegate thing and crying over the Iran deal (which is now clearly heading toward the sh*tter).Originally posted by imanihonjin View PostSeriously DWS is one of the worst political hacks in recent years."If there is one thing I am, it's always right." -Ted Nugent.

I was traveling last night so I missed Trump's speech. Sounds like it had a Ron Popeil vibe to it."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. That was really weird. I listened to CNN on the way home and Trump sounded more like he was pushing his products on QVC than celebrating a primary win. I guess he was still trying to defend himself against Romney's blistering speech. But (and this will shock everyone), much of what Trump said last night was simply untrue. For example,Originally posted by Omaha 680 View PostI have been a vocal critic of Trump, but the wine and steaks on the tables at his press conference last night really swayed me. What a job creator!
He also said that he sold Trump Airlines because, "Every once in a while you can sell something." What he didn't mention is that, as with so many of his ventures, his acquisition of the airline was very highly leveraged (OPM, something Trump has thrived on) and as some of his other ventures collapsed in the early '90s, the airline defaulted on its loans and the sale of the company was forced by the creditors. So the word "can" in his statement should have read "are forced to."But you can't buy "Trump Steaks," not anymore. The ones Romney mentioned in his speech were sold exclusively by The Sharper Image stores in 2007, in a venture that quickly fizzled. A page on the company's website now reads, "Unfortunately, Trump Steaks are no longer available, but their legacy endures. And, whether you think Donald Trump's candidacy is real steak or just sizzle, we hope you'll enjoy this blast from the past." A spokeswoman for Trump's campaign did not respond immediately to a request for comment, but the labels on the steaks displayed Tuesday night appeared to match those of a company called Bush Brothers. A club staff member said that's the butcher that supplies the club.

Trump eats his steaks well done.
Nobody should ever trust anything he says about steaks."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

I am shocked this guy keeps winning. After this year, I can confidently assert that I know nothing about how 1/6 of the population of the US thinks.

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
