I'm glad Tucker Carlson isn't extreme enough for that evil nutjob.

It still doesn't mean Carlson isn't extreme.

IMMIGRANTS ARE INVADING US AND DESTROYING OUR COUNTRY AND CULTURE! Carlson still spouts that kind of bullshit.

Ted is a nutjob, but I wouldn't go so far as to call him evil.

I know liberals and conservatives like to blame all of our nation's woes on the other side, but I'm not sure what to make of this. Any thoughts?
This comports with my understanding of this particular POS and his radicalization. I believe the media has highlighted Tucker Carlson's spouting of the great replacement theory as evidence that the ideas that the shooter espoused are not that fringe, and that a watered-down version is routinely distributed by Carlson and Fox News.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Also maybe it should be noted that the nypost and Fox have the same owner. So there is also a business interest in the spin the article takes.

I get that they have the same owner - and have no problem questioning how they interpret what he wrote. I was being sincere in saying I'm not sure what to make of it and what other people's thoughts are.

I wasn't asking about whether or not the guy was a Tucker Carlson fan or whether or not he was radicalized on FoxNews. I was more wondering about his self-description of not being a conservative, but not necessarily being liberal either. He calls himself a "ethno-nationalist eco-fascist national socialist".

So - tying to break it down - he's a white nationalist who hates people of color. He's an eco-fascist - meaning he's OK with fascism that protects the environment? And national socialist - isn't that just a fancy way of saying Nazi? I'm not sure WHERE this dude falls on the political spectrum, to be honest. I just know he's crazy.
