        The look gets even more threatening when accompanied by a blue tooth:

          It seems like every few days you see about five new copyright suits filed by this guy. I deal with a lot of patent trolls in my line of work (I am familiar with and have worked against one of the more prolific of the patent trolls in a recent case). This guy takes the troll cake.

            That is really a beautiful view he's got. The walmart and empty lot views are fetching premium prices in the Vegas commercial space market these days.

                    He loves vests. and poly-cotton blend pants that have a perma crease in them. also, in the Glass of Milk pic, you can see the tail end of a pleat over his left leg.

                        I'm not TripleFather, but I have a few comments of my own:

                        1. Knot in tie too small for the spread on the collar of his shirt;
                        2. Sleeves on the shirt are too baggy for the tailored vest, causing bunching under the arm;
                        3. Sleeves too short (possibly being caused by the bunching under the arms);
                        4. Knot in tie improperly leaving no "pleat" in tie below the knot;
                        5. Pleated, wrinkle-free ploy blend pants (likely Hagar or Dockers);
                        6. Collar stays are too long for the spread collar, causing a notch in the collar and prohibiting the collar from laying down properly (hard to see, but if you've experienced this before, you know what I'm talking about, and you can see it).
                        7. I won't even address the color combination of his tie/vest/pants.

                          I'd add to it that he likes to wear mismatched clothing too. The suit vest with the light colored casual pants is a nice touch. The guy must be rolling in the dough.

                            You could have just said that he has less expensive clothes. Nothing wrong with that. Quite frankly, he probably doesn't care what other lawyers think; He cares what potential clients think. He probably thinks this make him seem accessible.
                            PLesa excuse the tpyos.

                              Less expensive than what? Every single thing I mention can be remedied at your local Ross/Kohl's/Sears.
