Well, I'm not set on any particular punishment, but I think some form of penalty would certainly be appropriate.
    Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

This seems awfully backwards. All the people that get HPV from that person aren't going to care that the first person had to give money to the government, nor will all the people who get it from them.

I'm sorry woot, I'm sure wap was joking so I responded in kind. Now, if wap wasn't joking, than I withdraw my absurd comment.

        • One in four women have HPV. Good luck enforcing that penalty. That is almost fifty million women. And about 12,000 cases of cervical cancer occur every year. You want to force all of our daughters to get it, based on those odds?

I still say the parents should choose.

          • Hysterical. The Roots' intro music for Bachmann are very much in keeping with the original, unsanitized name of this thread.

When she came out, she was all smiles, so why ruin her day?

I thought she looked kinda milfy on Fallon, with a splash of psycho eyes.

I'm not a Bachmann fan, but that's a lame move. No way to treat a guest.

You just have more class than I do, Y. Everyone knows that.

What's funny to me doesn't have to be funny to you.

I don't like Michele Bachmann. She has no qualifications to be president and she shouldn't be wasting the public's time pretending she does and distracting from the conversation between the actual candidates. I don't like that she's on the record talking in length and detail about how God told her to run for Congress and then for President. I don't like that she pre-empted her own party's prerogative to give a Tea Party response to the last Presidential State of the Union, thereby undermining the party's most credible voice, Paul Ryan.

I don't like the fact that she's a populist social issues crusader who campaigned for Jimmy Carter because they were co-religionists and who has since superficially tapped into the Tea Party's fiscal conservatism - when her own family has benefited from Washington shenanigans like farm subsidies.

And I don't like that she is, in fact, a liar. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-me...hele-bachmann/

Therefore - when she is unwittingly introduced to the tune "lyin ass bitch" while coming onto a show to talk about the presidential campaign that she is pointlessly cluttering at a moment of national crisis - I find it funny.

                      But you don't have to.

So it's funny because you don't like her. I'm not a big fan, but I guess I'd just echo what YOhio said a couple posts ago.

Actually as the day has worn on and my caffeine buzz has worn off I'm coming around to your view - I think I'd be OK w/ it if they occasionally hit nutjobs on the left with the same stuff, but of course they don't.

And it is... just a crappy thing to pull on a guest. Even if it's one I loathe.

Your point about her having no qualifications to be President is spot on and will be her biggest obstacle with the voters, as they learned the hard way from the '08 elections as to what happens when an unqualified person is voted into the White House.
