What she's doing is idiotic. She's was elected by her constituents as a Republican and her freelancing with the Tea Party risks undermining her party at a key moment - in spite of the fact that the man the Republicans have picked to respond is someone who has done more to advance the basic concerns of the Tea Party than anyone in the country.

What's really hilarious is Bachmann is considering running for the GOP presidential nomination.

This could be a positive thing -- it will split the Palin idiot vote and prevent either one from getting any traction.

I agree with Ted that Bachmann is the GOP mirror image of Pelosi. All democrats hate her and the moderates in her own party can't stand her. Why she thinks she will ever be considered presidential material is beyond me. That clip of her interview with Chris Matthews is about as bad as Palin's interview with Katie Couric.
