Meanwhile, US household disposable income is #2 (mean - Luxemburg #1) or #1 (median) according to the OECD index.

Bo Jr.'s MIL would probably agree with all the Canada hate. They all went on an Alaska cruise last week and they spent time in Canada. All the speed limit signs were in kilometers!
Canada is simply too foreign for her. She may never travel out of the US again, which is probably best, considering the state the rest of the world is in compared to the US.
