        This pretty much puts to bed any fearmongering about a national abortion ban or overturning of Obgerfell. The Dems are starting to lose their social foothold in these areas.

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes.             gotta say, if the Trump family can ween republicans off those culture wars (and reign in their anti-immigrant/pro-death penalty/indemnify all police/pro-global isolation/anti-science mentality), those tax cuts will start to be very tempting!

                      A VPs view on these things is worth nothing. Trump and the GOP rewrote the platform and made the intentional decision to ignore these dumb culture war issues. I think it was a smart decision as the evangelicals (who are pissed they took these tenets out of the platform…just read the X thread I posted) will hold their Jose and vote for Trump anyway.

                              Trump is all culture war and has built his coalition off it it. He is just de-emphasizing the politically losing parts of the culture war. It just so happens the DEI and pro Hamas parts of it are extremely unpopular and that's his bread and butter.

                              I've been upset about the Vance pick and the economic nationalism that is being spouted by everyone now. Tax cuts with no entitlement reform or pro growth policies is just stepping on the gas towards insolvency.
