Those are some nice features on the spreadsheet. I like the addition of the individual total next to each name. I also like how you put nikuman right below me on the main page standings, right where he belongs.
As far as teams go, this is just a suggestion, but perhaps you should chance Sea Chicken to the running team and RCViking to the cycling team. You know, seeing as how they are probably the two strongers single sport athletes in their respective sports. Just a thought.
Also, Archaea and Coach McGuirk are most certainly cyclists. No question. Book 'em dano.

2 years ago, but yes, he golfed a couple of rounds every day, then was reporting 90+ mile weeks.Originally posted by Sea Chicken View PostIsn't that what VV did last year? Oh, it's on now! I should have recalibrated my Nike+ before that challenge instead of after. Stupid foot injury.Originally posted by bluegoose View PostI also like how you put nikuman right below me on the main page standings, right where he belongs.
I remember that. I was still struggling to run at all back then, and seeing that made me quit altogether.Originally posted by ewth8tr View Post2 years ago, but yes, he golfed a couple of rounds every day, then was reporting 90+ mile weeks.Awesomeness now has a name. Let me introduce myself.

Easy there niku. No need to get upset. I'm sure BBB will move you ahead of me in the standings if she thinks that you deserve it. She just doesn't seem to think that way yet.Originally posted by nikuman View PostOh, it's on now! I should have recalibrated my Nike+ before that challenge instead of after. Stupid foot injury.
btw, what are your plans for running this weekend? Just wondering.

Very nice. What did you end up getting?Originally posted by 8BR View PostI put in 25.00 yesterday on my road bike. My first road bike (picked it up yesterday) and my first 25 on it…felt great. I hope to knock out three rides a week.
And does this mean we can include you on the cycling team?

Thanks for catching that. I did a quick scan of the rest of the list, and I don't think I mixed anyone else's teams up but I don't claim infallibility. If I have anyone else in the wrong place, let me know.Originally posted by bluegoose View PostAs far as teams go, this is just a suggestion, but perhaps you should chance Sea Chicken to the running team and RCViking to the cycling team. Where is Coach? I agree; he should be on the team.

Very nice choice. Specialized makes a great bike.Originally posted by 8BR View PostAn Allez E. But I asked for spd pedals (I didn't want new shoes), so I'm out there rocking my mtn bike shoes and shorts on my roadster.
I rode several thousand miles on my road bike in mountain shoes before switching. I see nothing wrong with that. I think mountain shoes are often more comfortable than road shoes anyhow. As to the shorts, we may have to talk about that one.

So are we counting spin class? Also, I've been working out on one of these lately:Originally posted by Katy Lied View PostTypically, 14 to 17 Miles for a 50-minute spinning workout, excluding the 10 minute warmup/warmdown period.

It's a kick butt workout. Can I count that? What's to explain? It's a bunch of people, most of whom you've never met, who are just as likely to be homicidal maniacs as they are to be normal everyday people, with whom you share the minutiae of your everyday life. It's totally normal, and everyone would understand.
