Sorry no running today. Wednesday is going to be my off day. Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri. Gidget and me will be reporting tomorrow. Probably before most of you wake up.

She also runs, so it wouldn't be a dealbreaker if you don't count spinning miles.
Spinning miles count if she is on the runners' team.

This Garmin connect is pretty cool. Go to player and then hit the play button.

        44.13 miles

I went 6.4 miles this evening - 4 jogging, 2.4 walking. Time 1:11 and change

I give, how do I log my miles? The edit is greyed out

I may be small, but I'm slow.

Wait does this mean I have to cycle? Or the team is just mostly cyclists.

As stated before I know I am an idiot. Sorry for the confusion, even if it is only on my end, but I will be mostly running.

Typically, 14 to 17 Miles for a 50-minute spinning workout, excluding the 10 minute warmup/warmdown period.

Does this have to be road biking? What if I buy a little mamachari and ride 2 kilometers to work every day?

5.0 mile run tonight for me.

So how does that document work? I just enter the number and that is it? No Save command?

I also noticed that I am in the uncategorized section on the first sheet. And there appears to be no summary formula for me. I am with the bikers.

Thanks for doing this BBB. It will be a lot of fun.

                            July 15th

Faith and I ran around Echo Lake in Echo Park.

I (Robin) completed three laps, which is 2.7 miles (verified by Garmin).

Faith runs with the Garmin and completed exactly 4 miles.

Here is the photo I took of Echo Park at night:

BBB, I tried to log our miles on the spreadsheet, but don't seem to be able to alter the spreadsheet. Do I need permission? I have a gmail address. If I PM that to you will that be enough? And thanks BBB. I doubt we would have gotten out for the run tonight if we didn't have the contest as a motivator.

                              Oops. Fixed.

I have been running on the path around the harbor at night. How about you?
