  • Good results. I’m down 20 pounds since January. I’ve stuck to intermittent fasting for 16 hours. And I wake up and do kettlebell workouts for 40 minutes every weekday morning.

    I just extended the IF to 17 hours to try to slow down the plateau effect.

    I still need to tighten up on my simple carbs consumption, but overall, that has gone much better as well.

        I think he’s mistaken about simple carbs. I think boogers are more protein than carbs.
