I think he’s mistaken about simple carbs. I think boogers are more protein than carbs.

I still need to tighten up on my simple carbs consumption, but overall, that has gone much better as well.

So just a normal grifter, not a slimeball one.

I should note that the refillable soda stations in the Marriot Center are Coke Zero-themed. The drink of the Lord's team.

He made the comment tonight that juice is just better carbonated, to which I added that everything is better carbonated, and that I bet even milk is. So he mixed me some up to try. I took a swig and said I liked it. So my two boys that were home unbelieveingly gave it a try. They both agreed that while they didn't think it should be good it is. Food and drink experimentation is fun.
I'm not supposed to fizz up anything but water but..... I do it anyway.

I, too, have started dialing back the caffeine after 5pm. I like Fresca. Especially the peach variant. Also, I've really been enjoying Barq's zero sugar the last year or so. I think it's the best ZS root beer now that I can't get IBC ZS anymore (not since Covid ). Definitely better than A&W or Mug's ZS offerings.

I actually appreciate both. Definitely distinct flavors. But original Coke Zero (circa 2007 maybe?) was really, really good. It was better than either DC or the current CZS iteration. Wish they hadn't messed with the recipe.

I can only imagine how bad it would have been without the helmet.

I also think that concussion came with some minor personality/mood changes, if I'm being honest.
    Better or worse?
