He's been running at a good clip lately and I'm sure building a new house is taking up his time. Chances are good that he's taking a hiatus for various reasons, top of which could be that our football team sucks and he doesn't have the desire to discuss crazy church stuff anymore.

I do hope he joins in on the competition. I'll reach out to him and pester him to participate.

I take a 20 minute break every day at work and walk a mile. I can't really run cause I dont want to sweat up my work clothes. I'm counting it.

                This baby starts tomorrow

If you are interested in participating, go to the link on the first post and sign up. You can also sign up during the middle of the competition but by then CJF will have already piled up a couple hundred miles.

Accuweather says it will be 13 degrees when I hop on my bicycle tomorrow morning. Ouch.

I'll be running in 32 degree weather in the morning. If this cold spell continues much longer I'll be spending some quality time on the trainer and on the Keiser.

I know I'm not riding my bike on the sheets of ice out there.

No sheets of ice yet, but I bought studded tires just in case.

Time for my annual first place position that last about 2 hours. Ran 3 miles this morning in 36 degree weather. It was actually pretty nice outside considering the cold, but unfortunately I've got a quick business trip and also a mild flu that might keep me from adding more miles until later this week.

Like Moliere, I want to be out front for a short while, so this morning I did as long a run as I ever do. Temps were in the mid-40s, dry with virtually no wind, which I think are perfect running conditions. How come CJF and P'dip, among other expected participants, aren't signed up yet?
