Bod pod is probably the most accurate method you have access to at a reasonable cost (I could get it for $10 at the university, last time I did it). I think there are some radiographic scanning methods that will do a little better, but I can't imagine they're cheap or easily accessible.

And now I'm feeling like I tweaked my shoulder. That's a problem with going low reps is that injuries are more frequent.
