Depends on what you mean by "go to bed." We're often physically in bed at the same time but it's pretty common for me to be up another hour or two reading or playing online. Mpfunk is usually asleep within a couple of minutes. I stare at the back of his head angrily when I'm trying to fall asleep myself and can't.Originally posted by CardiacCoug View PostUsually I sleep from midnight to 6:30 or so.
Every 8-10 nights I only get a couple of hours of sleep when on call. Then for a night or two after I go to bed a little earlier, around 10 or so.
My wife is asleep by 10 PM probably 90% of the time and gets up at 5 or even a little earlier to run.
So my question regarding sleep habits for the married folks: Does anybody go to bed at the exact same time as your spouse every night?"You know, I was looking at your shirt and your scarf and I was thinking that if you had leaned over, I could have seen everything." ~Trial Ad Judge

My sleep medicine friend says that the mess like ambien only decrease time to sleep onset by a few minutes. I see trazodone prescribed a lot. Unfortunately taking a lot of these meds result in tolerance.Originally posted by frank ryan View PostWhat do you doctor types like to prescribe for sleep?

Yes, if I could get him to give it up occasionally I'd sleep much better. :eyeroll:Originally posted by camleish View PostFUNK, TAKE THE HINT"You know, I was looking at your shirt and your scarf and I was thinking that if you had leaned over, I could have seen everything." ~Trial Ad Judge

If you need help on how to seduce a man, I'm sure that there are a few websites out there that can give you some pointers.Originally posted by Mrs. Funk View PostYes, if I could get him to give it up occasionally I'd sleep much better. :eyeroll:"Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. If I was married to a woman, I think I would need more seduction tips. Seducing a man is exceedingly simple.Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostIf you need help on how to seduce a man, I'm sure that there are a few websites out there that can give you some pointers."You know, I was looking at your shirt and your scarf and I was thinking that if you had leaned over, I could have seen everything." ~Trial Ad Judge
