For the first time in 3 months I ran this morning. I actually walked .25 miles, ran .5 miles and then walked .25 miles. No pain, no soreness, and no pressure in my left leg 
Now it's time to start off slow again and slowly build back up. My doc said to start at 1.5 miles per week and add .5 mile every 10-14 days. Here's to hoping I'm fully healed. If anything I've learned quite a bit about myself and my body during these last 3 months.
