Any of the boardshops have discounted passes and they're all the same discounts as far as I know. The Warren Miller shows gave you a free day pass to the Canyons. There are usually a couple toys for tots drives during the holidays. Bring a toy get half off day pass."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic

Ski UTah offers a "Silver" and "Gold" pass which allow 30 and 50 days, respectively, at each resort (30 days at Snowbasin, 30 at Deer Valley, etc.) They allow you to jump to the front of the line. The gold pass is transferrable to friends and family. Unfortunately, there is a waiting list and the cost is prohibitive - $2500 and & $3500 - well below what Colorado charges. This year Ski Utah is offering a "yeti" pass. For $430 (I think) you get 1 day at each utah resort.Originally posted by Surfah View PostSomething I really wish Utah would do that Colorado offers are multi-resort season passes. I know they started the super pass thing but those are 3-day or 7-day passes I think good for the Big and Little Cottonwood resorts. That's sweet if you're an out of stater on a ski vacation. But I really wish there was something better for locals. I usually bought a season pass to Brighton, then went to a Warren Miller show to get my free Canyons day pass each year. But it's too damn expensive to resort hop."You interns are like swallows. You shit all over my patients for six weeks and then fly off."

Never heard of the Silver and Gold pass, but yeah that is cost prohibitive. The Yeti pass is interesting, but they're are a lot of hills not worth it IMO. And some north and south that I'd never get to. I have always wanted to go down to Brian Head though.Originally posted by hostile View PostSki UTah offers a "Silver" and "Gold" pass which allow 30 and 50 days, respectively, at each resort (30 days at Snowbasin, 30 at Deer Valley, etc.) They allow you to jump to the front of the line. I can drive up to the Og tomorrow night and check out the 730. What is the deal? Buy a movie ticket, get a free lift ticket? Can I just get the ticket and leave or is it like those time share meetings where I have to sta the entire time?Originally posted by Surfah View PostYou're a week late pal. In years past they gave you the voucher went you entered with your ticket. I suppose you could leave afterward. But it's usually a good time. Lots of ski bums whooping and hollering. Plus they usually have one or two of the featured skiers there to talk.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostI can drive up to the Og tomorrow night and check out the 730. What is the deal? Also, they usually sell out. So check for tickets. I usually went to the one at Park City hs."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic

Also check and see where the free pass will be. I can't vouch for every year but sometimes the resort changes with the movie venue. You might end up with a pass to an Ogden area resort.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostI can drive up to the Og tomorrow night and check out the 730. What is the deal? So Brighton opened....last week? I must have missed that. Has anyone been or talked to anyone that went? The base can't be more than a couple of feet, I would imagine. Do they give any early discounts for pre-thanksgiving? Might be time for some midweek PTO.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

You know that Snoqualmie is about 30-40 miles closer to you than Crystal right? For that matter I think Mt. Baker (AWESOME!) is about the same distance as Crystal.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostMy little bro was just telling me he got his season pass to basin this year for 400. Crazy.
